Structuring many daily activities, Julie brings all departments together to maximise productivity of TM Safety Signs. With a huge amount of experience in the traffic management industry, Julie has been with the company from the outset and has been responsible for the evolution of the company to date.
With a passionate “we can do” attitude and mantra, Julie constantly thrives to promote open thinking and innovation. This approach has progressed TM Safety Signs to the current exciting position, with a range of innovative and exciting new products on the horizon, providing security for the longer term of the company.
With a history of service within the Royal Navy and Metropolitan Police, Matt carries responsibility for the overall daily operation of TM Safety Signs. Working within budgetary guidelines, Matt marries Research & Development with Production in order to further the TM Safety Signs product range.
Matt manages customer’s accounts with regard to maintenance and servicing of equipment. With a personal desire to provide exceptional service, Matt excels in customer relationship management.
The research and development element of Matt’s role has allowed him to be creative in a number of ways, deviating away from the electro-mechanical past into leading edge technology. Vast analysis of the traffic management industry has aided development of the 2nd generation product range.
Stuart has been with TM Safety Signs since the inception and carries a wealth of knowledge of the development of the entire product range. He has tremendous experience of working in the early days of the company when we carried out traffic management and roadside agricultural operations.
Whilst hands on, he is responsible for overseeing the production process and works scheduling. Within his role, he has been key with the improvement and specified modification of our existing product range but also implemented and maintained our ongoing quality control programme. The efficiency of production and servicing is essential and requires careful management of stock control through to production output and delivery.
